The group have set modalities to schedule the ambulatorial examinations (from 8 to 12 am and from 2.00 to 6 pm in the working days) calling the secretary that send the eventually home examinations request to the doctors of the group.
In the times not covered by the secretariat there is an answering machine that allow either the direct contact with the doctors present in the surgery or to call the named doctor of the patient from 8 am to 8 pm in the working days and from 8 am to 12 am of Saturday or pre-holidays.
The normal scheduling would be requested preferably almost two days before the desired date. The examination normally last 10-15 minutes. The medical examination could be late for the impredictable duration of the preceding examinations. Anyway it is recomended to be punctual.
The ambulatory examinations are done from Monday to Saturday and pre-holidays, mainly by scheduling (see doctor timetable). Furthermore are guaranteed the ambulatory examinations during the pre-holidays infra week, when these precede more than two day of holydays, with the normal working times (examinations foresight also in the afternoon).
The ambulatorial examinations, scheduled or not, are free of charge. On request will be released a certification of attendance to justify a temporary permit of absence from work.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS FOR SPECIFIC HEALTH PROBLEMS
Patients with diabetes, cardioipathy or other chronic conditions are periodically examined and are examinded longer and sometimes with some bio-chemical or other exam. The appointments dedicated to the control of these pathologies are scheduled and always free of charge.
