To save time for patients and not crowding the waiting room are activated some procedure to request therapy for chronic conditions:
- fill in the form: in the Home Page or lower
- with a fax: 030/9067657
- with an e-mail
- with a direct request to the secretary
- with a written request put in the mail box in the waiting room ( don’t put the requests inthe maill box outside the surgery that is reserved for mail)
It’s advisable don’t make phone calls for the request of prescriptions for continuous therapy for chronic conditions because the segretery could’be overcrowded and this coul’d cause loss of time for patients requesting examinations.
The phone requests will be done only for patients that aren’t transportable.
It’s advisable not calling the doctors for prescriptions whilst are examining ( it could cause problems in attention and loss of time for patients under examinations).
Delivery of prescriptions
The prescriptions will be done after two working day and must be picked up at the secretary by 3-4 pm (possibly). The prescriptions can be picked up by a relative or other person sent with the permission of the patient.
